  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)

  • Gift cards and digital items are non-refundable

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • We offer a full refund or replacement

  • You must provide clear photo or video evidence

  • Refunds cannot be processed without proof

❌ Wrong Item Received

If we sent the wrong product:

  • We will either resend the correct item or offer a full refund

  • You must send photo or video evidence of the incorrect item

  • We accept returns due to change of mind

  • Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility

  • We only refund the product price (initial shipping not refunded)

  • The item must be in original condition, and proof must be submitted


📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your order is stuck in transit or tracking hasn’t updated for 7+ days, contact us ASAP

  • We’ll assist you in locating or replacing the item

  • Please note: Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, it is no longer covered by our shipping protection or eligible for refunds
